JIAKUN Swiss-Type CNC Lathe adopts a dual-spindle, closed-loop machining structure, delivering high rigidity, stable accuracy, and significantly improved production efficiency. The dual-spindle configuration enables complex workpieces to be completely machined in a single setup, enhancing process capability and dimensional consistency.
Equipped with a rich tooling system, the machine supports turning, live tooling operations, front and back machining, as well as rigid tapping. Optional Y-axis functionality allows lateral machining, expanding its capability for complex precision parts. The machine also supports quick switching between guide bush and non-guide bush modes, offering greater flexibility for different workpiece lengths.
High-precision THK ball screws and linear guideways ensure smooth, low-vibration motion, while the automatic lubrication system guarantees long-term stability and durability.
