Both Ends Simultaneous Cutting CNC

We purchased a JIA KUN CNC Twin Spindle lathe to produce a high-volume component that requires machining on both ends. The machine itself is a beast—the efficiency gain is undeniable. Our company produces medical sensor components, some of which are less than 2mm in diameter and over 30mm long. On our conventional lathes, we struggled constantly with deflection, poor surface finish, and consistency issues. It was a nightmare.
